The Rangers have fight in them, you can say that about them. They scored three runs in the ninth on Friday night to tie the Dodgers before losing in the bottom of the ninth.

Last night, down three runs in the ninth again, they put up a fight again. They got two on with only one out. But the rally felt short. Rangers fans just have to face it. The Rangers simply aren’t as good as the Dodgers. They can compete with them, but can’t beat them. 

Jacob deGrom will go today. He’ll put up a valiant effort, but that Los Angeles lineup is stacked, one through nine. The Texas lineup has too many holes. With a lot of luck, Texas can salvage one win in the series. But there’s no shame in being swept by the Dodgers. The Rangers aren’t on their level. No team is.
