If you’re the Tampa Bay Rays, you have to view the Milwaukee Brewers like they are some sort of zombie movie. They cannot be killed.

Tampa Bay jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the first inning, started by an uncharacteristic Brewers error and capped off by a two-run homer from their catcher Liam Hicks. But the Brewers had seen that before. In Game 4 of the Championship Series against the Dodgers, LA jumped out to a 4-0 lead after a three-run homer by Shohei Ohtani. But the Brewers chipped away and won.

They did it again last night. Chipping away little by little. Two in the first. One in the fourth, One in the sixth. One in the seventh. Suddenly, they were leading 5-4. And just like that, the hearts of all seven Tampa Bay Rays fans in America were broken.

It has to totally demoralize to the Rays to have lost that game. They might not recover from it. This steamroller called the Milwaukee Brewers looks unbeatable at the moment.

Today is a travel day. The Rays need to rest up. The Zombie Apocalypse is coming for on Monday.
